Guests choosing this option can select from a menu prepared in advance for a period of a month. The options are two soups, four second dishes containing fitness and vegetarian meals as well. When designing the menu it is always our aim to pick a wide range of dishes so in case you select from the menu every day, your meals will still be exciting and diverse. It is very important for us that neither our guests with lower income nor the retired people feel disadvantaged when eating their daily hot meals. It is also our main goal to prepare dishes using seasonal ingredients. The word Menu must not have the connotation of cheap, unhealthy, tasteless or outdated in our restaurant. We wish to re-establish the honor of menu-based meals. Together with my colleagues we strive to meet all your needs and expectations. You are welcome to enjoy your menu in our restaurant (H-4028 Debrecen 2-4 Ótemetőstreet) or in your home using our delivery service. Make your order for a day, a week or for even a month.
A’la Carte with self-service. Our guests are welcome to choose from a menu prepared in advance for a period of a week containing the prices of the meals. The options are two soups, four garnishes, three salads, two main dishes and two freshly prepared dishes containing a fitness and a vegetarian meal as well. This selection is enriched by a ‘daily offer’ focusing on traditional tastes, rich garnishes and sometimes the rendezvous of surprising savors. It has been our responsibility to cater for the groups visiting the main summer events of Debrecen for 15 years now. As a result of this tremendous experience based on a wide range of food culture we have gotten to know, we are capable of enriching our dishes. It is our plan to invite Chefs form nearby and far-away countries to get familiar with the authentic methods of preparation as well as ingredients of Serbian, Slovak, Italian, Greek, Chinese and Jewish cuisine. We at the same time will not neglect our popular, traditional Hungarian meals. We would like torevive a daily selection of about ten traditional Hungarian dishes such as tripe stew, cabbage ‘toros’, veal stew, toasted goose liver, stuffed cabbage, beef stew, Brasovroast once available only in traditional Hungarian steakhouses and later in buffets called ‘delicious snacks’ We will be glad to welcome you in our restaurant every weekday from 11:30. In case you choose to eat at home or in your workplace, please let us know until 09:00 every day and we will be happy deliver your lunch.

Ezt a formát választó vendégeink egy hónapra elore elkészült étlapból választhatnak. Lehetoség van két leves és négy második fogás közül választani mely fittness és vegetáriánus ételt is tartalmaz .
Az étlap összeállításánál igyekszünk változatos ételeket választani, hogy aki egész hónapban ezt az étkezési formát választja, az is változatosan étkezhessen. El akarjuk érni, hogy a szerényebb jövedelmu és nyugdíjas vendégeink ne érezzenek hátrányt legalább a napi egyszeri melegétel fogyasztásban. Étrendünket az idényjelleg aktualitásainak figyelembe vételével készítjük. A menü rendszer nem jelentheti és a mi éttermünkben, nem is jelenti a korszerutlen, egészségtelen, ízetlen / olcsó / ételek fogyasztását. Vissza kívánjuk állítani menü rendszeru étkezés becsületét!
Munkatársaimmal törekszünk arra, hogy a vendégeink felmerülo igényeit messzemenokig teljesítsük. Lehetoség van a napi menü helyben fogyasztására éttermünkben (A DEBRECENI EGYETEM MUSZAKI KAR, Db. Ótemeto 2-4. sz. alatt), valamint vállaljuk eldobható csomagolásban a menü házhoz szállítását is.
